Cecilia
Nadal graduated from St. Louis University and received a Masters Degree in Urban Sociology
from Webster University. She has completed 33 credit hours towards a PH D from the School
of Social Work at St. Louis University. She is the founder and owner of Productive Futures
Inc., a human resource management company and Temps 2000,a temporary employment service.
She has previously been an Assistant Professor at St. Louis Community College in the areas
of Human Services, Cultural Diversity and Nonprofit Management.
Civic involvement has included being a member of various Boards including: Wyman
Center, Metro Theater, the Private Industry Council of St. Louis City and County .

Governor's Award for Outstanding On-the-Job Training Program
Entrepreneur of the Year, Northside Preservation Commission
Cecilia is currently President of Gitana
Productions, a nonprofit arts and education
company which raises cultural awareness through music, dance and drama performed by
international artists.
Cecilia is a published poet and has written articles on diversity, alienation of the poor
and community-based treatment programs. Her interest in cultures and anthropology is
lifelong and has resulted in travel throughout the world. She is also considered an expert
on gypsies from across the world.
